Account Credit and Top-Up Settings

Configure account credit and auto top-up settings to keep prepaid services funded.

Account credit is the prepaid balance used for pay-as-you-go calls, services, and any usage not included in your plan. Auto top-up helps keep the account funded by charging a saved credit card when the balance falls below a limit you choose.

Why auto top-up matters

If your balance reaches zero, outbound calls may stop working. This can also affect forwarded inbound calls because forwarding to an outside number counts as outbound usage.

If your plan includes a calling bundle, some destinations may still require account credit, such as international or premium destinations.

Enable auto top-up

  1. Log in to your 2talk account.
  2. Go to Billing > Manage Billing.
  3. Turn on Auto top up my account when my balance drops below the balance threshold.
  4. Set the Balance Threshold.
  5. Set the Top-up Amount.
  6. Set the Maximum per week to limit weekly top-up spend.
  7. Click Save.

Note: Auto top-up requires a saved credit card.
