View invoices and statements

  1. Log in to your 2talk account.
  2. Go to Account or Billing.
  3. Select Invoices or Statements.
  4. Open the invoice or statement you want to review.

What to check

  • Billing period and invoice date.
  • Recurring monthly charges.
  • Usage charges, credits, and payments.
  • Current balance and amount due.

If a charge does not look right, compare the invoice with your call records and account changes for the same billing period before contacting support.
