Provision Yealink Devices in Bulk

Yealink bulk upload lets you provision multiple Yealink phones by uploading a completed spreadsheet template.

Download the template

1. Log in to your 2talk account.
2. Go to Tools > Device Provisioning.
3. Click Yealink bulk upload.
4. Click Download template.
5. Open the template after it downloads.

Complete the template

• MAC: Enter the Yealink phone MAC address.
• Serial Number: Enter the serial number if available. Leave it blank if you do not have it.
• Phone Number: Enter the 2talk number to register.
• Type: Select the item type, such as Line, BLF, Intercom, Call Park, or Speed Dial.
• Value: Enter the number, feature code, or value for the selected type.
• Label: Enter the label shown on the phone.
• Line: Enter the line position when required.

Upload the template

1. Save the completed file.
2. Return to Yealink bulk upload.
3. Click Choose File.
4. Select the completed template.
5. Click Upload.
6. Check your email for the provisioning update result.

Restart each Yealink phone after the first upload. Future Device Provisioning changes may restart the phone automatically.
