Set Up an Address Book on a Yealink Phone

Set up Yealink address book options, including DSS keys, local directory entries, imports, and LDAP directories.

Yealink phones can store contacts locally or import contact lists through the phone web interface.

Address book options

  • DSS keys: Configure speed dial keys for frequently used contacts.
  • Local Directory: Add contacts directly in the Yealink web interface.
  • Import: Import XML or CSV contact lists if supported by the phone model.
  • LDAP: Connect to an LDAP directory source if your organization uses one.

Open the phone web interface

  1. Press OK on the phone to display its IP address.
  2. Enter the IP address in a browser on the same network.
  3. Sign in with the phone admin credentials.
  4. Open the Directory or DSS Key section, depending on what you want to configure.
