Understand the History Page

Use the History page to review all calls, missed calls, and video conference records in the 2talk app.

The History page shows all calls, missed calls, and video conference records for the numbers added to your app.

View all calls

  1. Open the 2talk app.
  2. Tap History > All Calls.

All Calls includes inbound calls, outbound calls, missed calls, and video conference records.

  • Green: Completed call.
  • Red: Missed call.
  • Arrow direction: Shows whether the call was inbound or outbound.
  • Details icon: Opens more information about the call.

Video conference records

Conference records show the meeting link. Hosts and guests see the same record in history. Tap the details icon to view the full link and meeting duration.

View missed calls

  1. Open the 2talk app.
  2. Tap History > Missed Calls.

Missed Calls filters the list to missed calls only. Missed calls also appear in All Calls.

Call back from history

Tap a number in the list to call it back. You can also open the details icon and tap the phone icon.

If you have multiple numbers in the app, History shows calls for all added numbers.
