Access Voicemail from a Polycom Handset

Access voicemail from a provisioned Polycom handset using the Messages key and voice prompts.

Provisioned Polycom handsets can access voicemail from the phone’s Messages key.

Open voicemail

  1. Press the Messages key.
  2. Select New Messages.
  3. Follow the voice prompts to listen, repeat, delete, forward, or save messages.

On the VVX300, the Messages key is a physical button near the 7 key.
