Bulk Edit Numbers

Update settings for multiple numbers at the same time when several lines need the same configuration change.

Bulk Edit lets you update settings for multiple numbers at the same time. Use it when several numbers need the same configuration change.

Start a bulk edit

  1. Log in to your 2talk account.
  2. Go to Switchboard.
  3. Select the checkbox beside each number you want to edit.
  4. Confirm the selected numbers are the same type, such as voice numbers.
  5. Select Actions > Edit Settings.

Apply changes

Bulk Edit shows the same available settings as an individual number. If the selected numbers currently have different values, the field may show Various.

Update only the settings you want to change. Some fields, such as the number itself, cannot be changed in Bulk Edit.

Click Save for each setting you update.
