Access Voicemail in the Softphone

Listen to, pause, and delete voicemail messages from the 2talk app on a mobile device.

The 2talk app lets you listen to and delete voicemail messages from your mobile device.

Listen to voicemail

  1. Open the 2talk app.
  2. Tap Settings > Voicemail.
  3. Tap Play to listen to a message.
  4. Tap Pause to pause playback.

You can also open voicemail from the Dialpad by tapping the voicemail icon.

If there are no voicemail messages, the app shows “There are no voicemail messages.”

Delete a voicemail message

  1. Tap Settings > Voicemail.
  2. Swipe left on the voicemail message.
  3. Tap the Trash button.
  4. Confirm deletion.
