Enable Spam AI to identify suspected spam and robocalls before they reach your 2talk number.

Spam AI uses machine learning to identify suspected spam and robocalls before they reach your number. With around 95% accuracy, it keeps your phone clear of unwanted disruption. Filtered calls still appear in your billing records marked as spam, so you can retrieve a number and add it to your allow list if a legitimate caller is filtered by mistake.

Enable Spam AI

  1. Log in to your 2talk account.
  2. Go to Switchboard and select the number.
  3. Go to Inbound > Spam AI.
  4. Turn on both Spam AI toggles.
  5. Click Save.

Additional settings

  • Allow list:add numbers that should always reach you, even if Spam AI flags them.
  • Anonymous calls: turn on to let calls with no caller ID pass through the Spam AI filter.
  • Block list: add numbers you want blocked in addition to those Spam AI catches automatically.

Click Save to apply any changes.
