Speed Dial

Configure Speed Dial entries so users can call frequent destinations with short codes.

Speed Dial lets users call frequently used numbers with a short code instead of dialing the full phone number. You can configure up to eight speed dial entries for a number.

Set up Speed Dial

  1. Log in to your 2talk account.
  2. Go to Switchboard.
  3. Select the number you want to configure.
  4. Go to Outbound > Speed Dial.
  5. Enter the destination numbers you want to save.
  6. Click Save.

Include the full number for long-distance or international destinations. For local numbers, use the format accepted by your calling plan.
