Ways to stay reachable

  • Use the 2talk mobile softphone on a cellular data connection.
  • Forward important numbers to a mobile phone or another location.
  • Use Shared Line to register more than one device to a number, when available.
  • Place your router, switch, and desk phones on a UPS battery backup.

If your internet connection is down, SIP desk phones at that location will not be able to register until connectivity returns.
