2talk Cloud PBX runs in the cloud, so the service can continue during a local power outage. However, desk phones, routers, switches, and local internet service at your location still need power and connectivity to place or receive calls.
If your internet connection is down, SIP desk phones at that location will not be able to register until connectivity returns.
