Yes. If your on-premises PBX fails, 2talk Cloud PBX can help keep calls moving by routing numbers to cloud-hosted users, mobile softphones, forwarding destinations, or temporary call flows.
If calls normally route through your own PBX, update the affected number or trunk routing in 2talk while the PBX is unavailable.
